THE SERVICES: The Firm is a General Civil Practice, serving clients in a broad range of areas, including but not limited to: Administrative Law, Business Law,  Family Law, Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning.  Powers at Law provides counsel for people who are making legal decisions in areas such as:  Entering a contractual agreement,  Organizing a business,  Preparing an estate plan,  Probating an estate, Contemplating a business transaction,  Purchasing or selling a house or real estate, or Getting married or divorced.,  CLIENT CARE: Access to legal counsel at a time that is convenient for the client is a value-added service provided by Powers at Law. When necessary, evening and Saturday appointments are accepted. Additionally, when it will serve the client, Powers at Law will go to the client. This service works well for clients who are hospitalized,  residing in nursing homes, or busy running a business. There is no extra charge for this service. AFFILIATIONS: The Firm is organized and its attorneys are licensed to do business in every Oklahoma State Court and every Federal Court in Oklahoma. The attorneys are licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, as well as the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver. Powers at Law, is a Limited Liability Company.
